I currently work within program management for a large national insurance company and use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on a daily basis to prepare documents, reports, and presentations for C-level executives. I have over 20 years experience in a corporate environment, which includes over 5 years of platform training on a daily basis for Microsoft Office products.

I know that people learn best by actually doing, so I won't simply show you what can be done. I'll coach you through as you "drive" the software. I'll work along with you as you work through tasks that demonstrate how the application works. Need to construct a document in Word with a Table of Contents and an Index? I'll coach you on how to do that. Need to create a workbook in Excel that takes raw data and creates summaries using VLookups, PivotTables and charts? I'll coach you how to do that too.

Knowledgeable and patient tutor.

Mark helped me with building a flowchart in Microsoft PowerPoint. His tutoring showed me how to use PowerPoint to prepare an effective presentation using PowerPoint. His tutoring was easy to comprehend.
