Starting as a long-term substitute at Sacred Heart, she progressed to a permanent Learning Resource Teacher at St. Anthony of Padua School. A Camden, NJ native, she is a proud graduate of Dr. Charles E. Brimm Medical Arts High School, Camden County College and Rutgers University-Camden, where she earned a degree in Economics.
Erica is committed to uplifting her community through education and youth programs, including establishing baseball and softball initiatives at both CPS and in her local neighborhood. Erica is also Camden City’s first certified female umpire.
