The most important quality that I possess as an educator and tutor is the ability to infuse great confidence and a sense of vision into the student's scope of understanding. In simple terms, I drive the message home just as a baseball player hitting a home run at the bottom of the ninth inning!
The most important quality that must be present in an Elementary level tutor is the ability to simplify the message or Main Idea so it becomes tangible and ready to be elaborated upon by the student in a way that is creative, unique, and utterly original to the student's own talents.
I am very well versed in all areas of both World Civilization and United States History. My knowledge base is quite extensive and my passion for the subject is quite pronounced at all levels of education.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
