Math and Physics Tutoring
I always knew that I loved math and physics, and when I was entering college I asked my father for guidance/assistance as to what direction I should pursue in college and subsequently my career. I remember he asked me "What do you love and what do you do well?". I answered honestly saying I loved math and I was good at solving problems. I always knew that I loved math and physics, and when I was entering college I asked my father for guidance/assistance as to what direction I should pursue in college and subsequently my career. I remember he asked me "What do you love and what do you do well?". I answered honestly saying I loved math and I was good at solving problems. Well, this was very clear according to my father that I should then be an Electrical Engineer. So, about 20 years ago I completed my BS in Electrical Engineering and began a successful career leading me to my current position as Sr. Director/Division Manager for a Federal Contractor. This still has left me feeling unsatisfied, I really was not happy. During raising my two girls it became clear that I really loved teaching/tutoring them in math and physics. My oldest, currently a high school senior, reached the highest levels in honors and AP classes including AP BC Calculus. I am certified to teach math K-12 in New Jersey in preparation to transition from my current career. I would love to help you, or if you are a parent, your child, excel in the academic areas of math and physics.
Brian is wonderful! My daughter has gone from a struggling Algebra honors student to finishing the semester with a 97 average. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He is able to break new concepts down in a clear and concise matter. My daughter has gained an enormous amount of confidence in the subject matter. Brian is easy to schedule and change lessons with. I can not recommend him enough!Jeanne, 44 lessons with Brian
He explained a wide range of problems in a way I can understand. We focused on test conditions for using normal distribution approximations for binomial distributions and also characteristics of sampling distributions.Brett, 1 lesson with Brian

Simply the best!
Brian is an incredibly knowledgeable, caring, flexible and patient tutor. He is working with me on Statistics 2 and without him, I’d be lost. He is very in sync with my needs and explains things in a way that makes sense to me. My GPA and I can’t say enough good things about Brian!Regina, 20 lessons with Brian
