Ms. Cathy and I had 2 sessions, both of which provided clarity and direction. She helped me so much with my procedural knowledge of the TX Operator Practical Exam, along with the haircut portion. Before Ms. Cathy I scored a 66 on my exam (you need 70% to pass), and today I made an 8 (plus, I was able to finish my haircut, whereas last time I wasn’t even close). I’d definitely recommend Ms. Cathy.
