Greetings! My name is Andrew. I have been teaching the last four years. Currently I am teaching at Dover High School. I studied history and teaching at the University of New Hampshire. I have certifications to teach Social Studies in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire at the middle and high school levels. I entered the field of teaching because I love learning and enjoy working with students. My instructional methods are diverse and exciting which allows my students to explore, create, and learn at a pace that is in tune with their learning habits.
A little about me: When I am not in the classroom I enjoy playing golf, watching hockey, and hanging out with my family and friends. Moreover, I have been on the board of directors for the Rye Historical Society.
I look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to contact myself and ask any questions you may have about tutoring opportunities and methodologies that would work best for you. Thanks! Greetings! In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
