About Clark

I started my career in Computer Science in 2001 attending NHTI, Concord NH. I knew very little about computing and was apprehensive about sitting in front of a computer. The more I learned, the larger the technology world became. It was exciting to understand just how much computers can accomplish. I am certified through Microsoft on Windows 7 and XP desktop support. I have personal experience with Windows 8 and 10 at work and home. I have countless work hours of repetitive skill sets working within these operating systems.

As I became more proficient, I received the opportunities to pass on knowledge to the junior technical analysts where I work. I have had many teaching hours over the years and want to help students and adults unlock the power of a computer and its ability to provide information and watch their confidence bloom. I really enjoy those "AHA" moments where people I work with learn something new and cool.

Patience is one of my strongest qualifications as I have taught family members, friends, and technicians within my field. Listening is also a strong suit which helps me understand a person's desire to learn certain aspects of computers and software. I am certified through Microsoft on Windows 7 and XP desktop support. I have personal experience with Windows 8 and 10 at work and home. I have countless work hours of repetitive skill sets working within these operating systems.

Repetition is the key to using a computer effectively and timely. There are also countless 'tips and tricks' that make using a computer faster and more fun. The power of a computer is unlocked when you are taught how and where to find information and tools within a computer's file and folder system. Then when you learn how to use those tools, it unleashes confidence you never thought you had. That's where I started. My hope is to help more people become confident enough so they are in charge of the computer and not the computer in charge of them. Looking forward to serving you.
