I am an experienced educator with a wide variety of subject knowledge, currently accepting only online students. I return to my full-time teaching job mid-August, so right now I'm only available for shorter-term tutoring opportunities.

I love working with students from a variety of backgrounds; I have an MEd in Special Education and a certificate in Executive Function and English as a Second Language. I work with writing students at any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming to proofreading. I also frequently work with students on study skills, such as organization, time management, and test preparation.

I am a licensed Social Studies teacher and have 11 years of classroom experience in various fields of social studies. I specialize in providing tutoring in the AP Social Sciences. I'm available for tutoring in AP Psychology, AP European History, AP US History, and AP World History. I've attended the teacher's AP institutes for AP Psychology and AP European History, and can coach students on the DBQ and FRQ. I've also served as an AP Psychology reader, so I can help students know what readers are looking for. I'm available to work with undergraduate students in introductory-level social science courses as well.

I look forward to speaking with you about how I can help you meet your learning goals. For students interested in longer-term tutoring, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals, and determine if I am a good fit as a tutor. Please let me know if you would like to set up a consultation call today.
