Throughout high school, I volunteered after school helping younger students with their math and science to achieve better grades and to have a better understanding of the specific subject. I continued to be a high school tutor while I was at the University of Florida specializing in middle school and high school math in Gainesville, Florida. During this time, I realized that I had a passion for teaching and helping kids to excel in all levels of math. To me, math is supposed to be fun and I will do everything in my power to ensure that everyone i come in contact with gets the most out of my sessions and hopefully an appreciation for school and learning.
I have always been very good at math and enjoyed taking it to the next level whether it be in physics or real life situations. I took Calculus I and II in high school and passed the AP exams with the highest score and continued to enjoy higher level math as electives in college. I had a perfect score in math whenever i took my SAT in high school and look forward to assisting others with their math and test taking skills.
I have played golf professionally for 10 years on and off, and a registered instructor with the PGA program and love teaching everyone about the game. It's a wonderful, lifelong game that is enjoyable for people of all ages.
