I am also a Registered Behavior Therapist with an autism spectrum clinic in Wilmington, and have extensive experience working with learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and ADD/ADHD students. I create a unique curriculum based on each student's individual needs, learning abilities, and personal development goals. I have an undergraduate degree in English with a specialization in literacy and a graduate degree in Teaching with a specialization in rhetoric. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
