I have been teaching Art in public, private, and parochial schools for 19 years. I currently teach Art full-time in a parochial school in Miami. I have helped many students with portfolio development in order to get into Art magnet programs. My students have won Youth Fair Art awards. The last three years my students have won first (twice) and second place in the Art Olympics at Columbus High School.

The subject matter of my own artwork is derived primarily from nature. I enjoy working in pencil, pen and ink, oils, and watercolors. I had a great experience traveling to Greece last summer to paint. Prior to that trip, I spent a year learning to use acrylics effectively.
I also do drawings and paintings of people and animals.
I am an enthusiastic teacher and artist and live art seven days a week.
