I highly enjoy teaching students at the college level and I have gained extensive experience in the past 7 years as an instructor teaching various courses such as introductory/general chemistry, organic chemistry, allied health chemistry and analytical chemistry at the university/college level.
During the teaching process, I always explain the basic concepts behind each lecture topic. In addition, I often give students self-prepared handouts to assist them understand the course material better. I often encourage my students to ask questions to prosper a learning environment. At the same time, I develop and revise the course materials to adjust to the learning pace of students. Over the past 7 years, I have created my own style of teaching students efficiently and effectively.
I specialize in tutoring college chemistry including but not limited to general chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry and physical chemistry. After introducing a concept, I often work out real examples for explanation so that the student can correlate the concept with actual problems. I will also let the student practice similar problems.
