As your child’s tutor, I will use a variety of assessments to gather information to determine HOW to improve academic performance. I will use a wide variety of research-based instructional strategies to meet your child’s needs. My 32 years of experience as a teacher, instructional specialist, and school principal will be a major support for designing an effective instructional tutoring program for your child.

It is important that we develop a plan that involves your child’s teacher(s) to coordinate tutoring with what happens each day in the classroom. Our goal is to improve your child’s overall performance and make them more confident at school.

Please contact me as soon as possible to begin the process for improving your child’s academic performance. I am very responsive and will make contact with you immediately. Your child's confidence at school and an improvement in learning will be our area of focus. I stand ready to help your child.

Knowledgeable and Attentive

Ms. Mary has been working with my child for several sessions in the area's of ELA and math. She is very attentive to his needs and is focused on improving his weaknesses. I strongly feel Ms. Mary's years of educational experience enables her to incorporate my son's strengths during her tutoring. I appreciate that he is more positive in his capabilities and that he is becoming more confident in the mathematics processes that Ms. Mary has tutored him on thus far. I highly recommend her services!
