I'm currently in my third year of teaching and tutoring English at AB Tech in Asheville. I love working one-on-one with students, can teach any level of English related topics, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a distinction in Literature from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
I'm also a professional opera singer, with an extensive performance resume that is available upon request. I can work with any age, and while I'm classically trained I will happily work with students on any style of music!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
