I have retired from the State of California teaching English as a Second Language on all levels from Kindergarten to adults. I am available throughout eastern North Carolina to tutor in English, world history, or college test preparation, having taught all of the above either individually, or on a classroom basis, or both. My experience in public speaking stretches back to my high school years when I competed nationally in public speaking contests. Although I did not come in first on the national level, I competed successfully at state and regional levels.

Within the last 30 days I taught English on a multiple day assignment
