Gary's teaching style -is one of going over your homework/test and going over problems that were wrong. He helps explain why the mistakes were made by giving real world scenarios. He is very patient and rereads the chapters with you so that key points are not missed. He will make sure all the students questions are answered and topics discussed are understood. He does not rush the lesson along. Gary is a knowledgeable tutor that really puts his students first.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
