My name is Krystall P. and I've taught middle school students for twelve years. I am certified to teach middle grades (6-9) ELA/Reading and Social Studies. In addition to teaching ELA and Social Studies, I've taught AVID for the past four years. AVID is an internationally implemented college and career readiness system that starts preparing students for college and workforce as early as fourth grade.
I believe that education is one of the most valuable tools that we can possess. In order to lead productive, impactful lives, we must be equipped with knowledge and skills that education provides. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students.
