I have been a member of the US youth national team system since U14 and won U20 FIFA Women's World Cup in 2012 (also participated in U20 World Cup in 2010). I won National Gatorade Player of the Year in 2010.
I have been training youth soccer players for the past 6 and I have worked with male and female athletes from age 7-18, all skill levels. I have worked individually with athletes in North Carolina and Massachusetts. I have also acted as an U15 & U13 age group mentor for the Boston Breakers Youth Academy where I helped to run team sessions. I have experience coaching and playing all positions except goalkeeper.

I draw on my extensive soccer background to create individualized lessons for each athlete. I typically run hour long individual and small group sessions. The sessions begin with an agility warmup (agility ladder, rings, hurdles, etc). Then we build into individual technical work and ball skills. Agility and technical work are something that athletes of all levels should continually work on (we do everyday in professional practice). The rest of the session I focus on one or two aspects of the game (shooting, passing, first touch, long balls, defending, decision making etc) that the individual wants to work on. I actively participate in the sessions demoing techniques, acting as an opponent, playing balls, and blocking shots.
