Always 5 stars with Cathy!

Cathy is like magic! She is genuine and true when it comes to her teaching ability. I love the way she helps our daughter on an "as needed" basis. We trust Cathy, and my daughter loves working with her when she gets stumped in Algebra!

Fantastic tutor that met all of our needs!

Cathy provided our son with excellent tutoring in preparation for his Algebra class. She was clearly very interested in tailoring his sessions according to his specific areas of need. No time was wasted on material he had already grasped. Cathy maximized their time together explaining various topics directly at his level of understanding. He related very well to her, her methods of teaching, and he felt extremely comfortable asking questions. I would not hesitate to call upon Cathy again to help in the future. She was always punctual and accommodating and we appreciated her service greatly.

Creative and Flexible

We couldn't have found a better fit for our family's busy schedule. We appreciate the flexibility we've had in scheduling sessions with Cathy, and her ability to adjust each week's focus to meet the needs of our child's schedule at school. Cathy always has a creative idea to fit our daughter's learning style, and our child looks forward to her time with Cathy. Our 7th grader feels encouraged and successful with the skills she is developing as a result of spending the time each week to get additional support on her schoolwork.

Terrific tutor and ability to tutor a variety of students with different skill sets

Cathy is a phenomenal tutor who has the ability to tutor students with a variety of skill sets and across all topics. Cathy has a great understanding of the student's ability and what motivates them. Cathy tutors both my son (8th grade) and daughter (5th grade) who have very different thoughts on approach to homework and methods of learning. Cathy has taught both of them so much and they excel due to Cathy's teaching.
