I boast twenty-seven (27) years' teaching experience on the secondary and collegiate levels. My instruction repertoire includes not only history and related courses, but also all courses "sounding" in law as I have a Juris Doctor degree.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a law degree and serve as an adjunct law professor. I have also worked in several law firms dealing with criminal cases.
I have twenty-eight years teaching experience in all genres of history. Music history and its impact on different historical periods have been an integral part of my curricula. I consistently use music to underscore the cultural nuances defining various/sundry indigenous people and their civilizations.
I have the benefit of formal public speaking training, as I have taken several courses. I boast a law degree and as such have been trained in the art of advocacy. I have coached debate teams. Also, I am currently in my twenty-eighth year of teaching and effective public speaking is a natural incident of this endeavor.
