To give you an idea of my style - I believe strongly in the power of positive reinforcement. You will never find me criticizing students or talking down to them. I tutored both my sons when they were in high school. Not only them, but I worked with several of their friends as well. We used to have lively classes around our dining table when they were in high school. Both of them got their college degrees - the elder from University of Missouri and he is pursuing his Ph.D. while working at University of South Florida and the younger from Stanford University. He has a successful technology company in Seattle, WA.

My wife and I are from middle class families with strong moral values. We believe in education and the opportunities that result from it. I have a master's degree in engineering.

Statistics

Statistics

Statistics forms the basis of many applications regardless of the discipline one chooses - engineering, sociology, biology. In business, my specialization is in process excellence (quality). Statistics plays an important role in understanding process variations and finding the levers that help minimize those variations. As a certified Six Sigma master black belt, I believe I have a strong understanding of statistics and the ability to teach it in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.

Excellent and professional Statistics Tutor

I had Statistics 1 and Statistics 2 (Master/PhD level) with Dilip. He taught me lots of new Statistics issues. He is very organized and he always comes prepared to my lesson and explains everything professionally. I got an A in my course because he helps me to understand the materials very well. He is faithful in his work, to be honest, he cares about his student's understanding more than money ,which I believe it is rarely now a day to find someone faithful like him. Dilip is not only a teacher to me, he becomes my friend :) Thanks Dilip for everything I wish you always the best!

Also how to determine which test to use such as the ANOVA, Tukey HSD and the post-hos test which was very helpful when it is explained form someone who is as knowledgeable as Dilip are.. Dilip was very patient and explained things to where I could understand.
