A CPA licensed in WV with over 28 years experience working in all facets of Accounting, starting from the ground up. Worked in many different industries including Automotive, Real Estate (residential and commercial), Business Services, Construction, Retail, Public Accounting, and Manufacturing.

A CPA licensed in WV with over 28 years experience working in all facets of Accounting, starting from the ground up. Worked in many different industries including Automotive, Real Estate (residential and commercial), Business Services, Construction, Retail, Public Accounting, and Manufacturing.

I started as an Accounts Payable Clerk at an Auto Dealership and am now a Group Controller for an international investment firm and oversee the operations and accounting for 5+ manufacturing entities within Canada and US, growing by acquisition. I have seen all phases of accounting from the simple to the complex in real world applications.

I am currently enrolled and attending classes to obtain my Masters of Accountancy from California State University - Sacramento. Half way through the program to graduate, maintaining an A to graduate with Honors.

As an experienced Accountant, I enjoying helping others either conquer their fear of Accounting or help bring an understanding of Accounting to those that may struggle with concepts. I use standard phrases and terms and ditch the high level Accountant lingo to make concepts understandable.

I am an accountant and a CPA working for an International holding firm and based in Morgantown. I oversee several entities throughout North America in a financial capacity and operationally. I have worked in Accounting since 1990 and have worked my way up the ladder from the very basic clerical position to now an International Group Controller for all of North America. I enjoy accounting tremendously, as it is "who I am" and I enjoy helping others understand the concepts without pretentious "accountant talk".
