About Luke

Bio

I've been working in the Computer/Network industries for over 25 years. During that time I've held the positions of PC Hardware Tech, Systems Installer, Supervisor of Systems Installers, IT Project Manager, Technical Trainer II, and Systems\Network Administrator. I've acquired a vast amount of experience in all aspects of the industry.

I've been working in the Computer/Network industries for over 25 years. During that time I've held the positions of PC Hardware Tech, Systems Installer, Supervisor of Systems Installers, IT Project Manager, Technical Trainer II, and Systems\Network Administrator. I've acquired a vast amount of experience in all aspects of the industry.

My specialty is Application Customer Support. While holding the position of Technical Trainer II I developed over 30 classes that I taught to state government official, teachers, and librarians. While some of the classes were on highly technical concepts many were for students who had little to no computer experience at all. I also gave presentations to large and small groups at various conferences over the course of five plus years.

I have a unique ability for helping students both young and old understand the subject matter. I have always been told that my personality is not stereo typical of what many consider how one in the technical world should be. You will find me to be a people person who can help you understand the concepts of what you're needing help with.
