About Helen

Bio

I'm Helen! I am a shark biologist using genetic tools and R to study sting rays. I have taught at my current university for over 8 years and have loved helping students grasp difficult concepts, improve their writing and develop important study habits. I am very friendly and genuinely care about every single one of my students, and love being able to work one-on-one with learners of all ages.
