I have worked on many service committees as well and enjoy volunteering. I was valedictorian in high school, and scored high on the ACT. My tutoring experience is mostly in the fields of science and English. However, I have done some work with Spanish and communications such as debate. So far I have logged well about 150 hours of tutoring and academic assistance while in school. I feel that I have an adaptive style, and my main goal is student success.
I have taken many math courses, including calculus. I have received an A in all math courses, and understand topics deeply. I also received a rather high score on the math portion of the ACT.
I am a biology major, so I have a deep understanding of coursework. I received all A's in my high school biology classes, and a perfect score in the science portion of the ACT. I have also tutored in various areas of science.
I was awarded all A's in my history classes, and have a deep. understanding of the subject matter. I have also had very many experiences with governmental courses, including those offered at ALA Missouri Girls State.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I am open to tutoring almost any subject and can adapt to all learning styles.
