I just recently graduated from Missouri State University. I have taken classes in teaching general education and special education. I also have my Associates of Arts in Teaching from Ozarks Technical Community College. I believe that these classes have taught me valuable information and techniques that can help me to be a tutor.

I also feel that I would be a qualified candidate due to the fact that I have been helping students since I was in k-12. I have younger siblings who always needed help with their homework. Due to the fact that I already took the class, I was able to help them out. I also helped students throughout my schooling that were in my classes too.

I have taken many math/algebra classes from the time I started school through college. My college courses were basic algebra, intermediate algebra, contemporary mathematics, and introduction to mathematics instruction. I have also used a computer for many years and am familiar with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
