My name is Samantha S., but everyone calls me Sam. I am 19 years old and from Saint Louis, Missouri. I am currently in my first year of college at Missouri State University. I am majoring in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Spanish. I graduated high school at the top of my class in 2016 as a Summa Cum Laude with a 4.1 GPA. I was super involved throughout high school. Just to name a few, I was the president of National Honor Society, captain of the cheerleading squad, and took four AP/dual credit courses.

I have worked at the YMCA in Saint Louis for 3 years where I am a Child Watch Attendant. Over the course of these three years I have helped kids ages 5-15 with their homework. I also was an A+ Tutor for a year in high school. I am understanding, patient, and take the time to explain to students how to work through a problem. The topics I feel I can tutor the best are Algebra 1, Elementary Math, Public Speaking, Reading, Spelling, Handwriting, and first year Spanish.
