I love children, having three (3) adult children of my own. Tutoring for me is a vehicle to re-engage in the life's of young men and women especially during their formative years. As a student, I graduated from a top ten (10) business school with a 3.97 GPA and achieved a 99.8% on the GMAT examination. On other standardized tests, my scores were similar.
I have a strong believe in diversity. I also believe junior high school and high school are formative periods for children, especially from households were both parents cannot or do not contribute equally. I see working with children as a great privilege and would do my very best to enrich their lives both particular to the subject matter and beyond.
I have very strong math skills supported by always making A's in every level of education. This supplemented by strong communication skills and an ability to be a quick study makes me a strong candidate for the tutoring positions outlined at the side.
I graduated from top ten (10) business school as Summa cum Laude. Both business and finance were my chosen majors. I achieved a 4.0 GPA within the business school. This education is supplemented by roughly 25 years of business experience and I feel I could contribute in a very positive way for those students considering a career in business.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) with a 3.97 overall GPA and a 4.0 with respect to classes taken at the business school. Please note that I was able to graduate in 3 years rather than the prescribed four (4) year curriculum. Additionally, please note I had a dual major in both marketing and general business. During my last semester, I took the GMAT test and earned a 99.8 percentile on the examination. Further, I have been running my own businesses for 25 years even though now the pace is much slower than prior times.
