About Christian

After more than six years of academic research and industry experience as a consultant and now as an aerospace engineer at world's leading aerospace company, I want to go back to help others in their academic studies.

My love for math and science only grew as I studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. At the University of Illinois, I was afforded the opportunity to pursue research positions in both the Aerospace and Electrical Engineering Departments. There I was a leader of an interdisciplinary design course. On this team, I was responsible for teaching students how to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems as part of a large multi-team project conducting trade studies. I used these teaching skills while I was pursuing my Master's at the Illinois Institute of Technology. I often tutored students at the engineer society were I acted as the Graduate Chairman. I have additional tutoring experience teaching Spanish classes at my company.

Currently, I am looking to help students excel in the math and science fields. This is truly a passion for me, and I hope to inspire others. I am also following my passion by continuing my studies in a doctoral program at Washington University in St. Louis. I believe I am an outstanding math and science tutor because of my education and work experience. I have taken math courses to the level of Numerical Methods, and I use my mathematical skills daily.

On my free time I like playing soccer, dance salsa and spend time with my family. I have been playing soccer and dancing salsa for more than 10 years.

My schedule is very flexible. Please contact me with any questions! I look forward to working with you!
