My name is Joseph and I specialize in health and fitness training and structural balancing using advanced bodyweight training techniques, Eischens Yoga instruction, mobility drills and breathing techniques. I perform one on one and group personal training and special instructional workshops throughout the St. Louis area and soon across the country and world!
I have been training professionally for 8 years and the last 5 I have been focusing on designing a balanced system that is both progressive yet sustainable for a lifetime so that you can use it to build lifelong health, fitness and well being. For 10 years I lifted heavy weights, played football, competed in bodybuilding and ate like it was my last meal. All of which lead to my body breaking down. Luckily I met someone that showed me another way and five years ago I stopped lifting weights, stopped eating animal products and started practicing yoga. In that period I have gotten healthier and stronger than I ever did with weights or eating lots of animal proteins.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
