My love of teaching has truly taken me all over the world. After earning my TESOL (Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certification, I spent a year teaching ESL to students of all ages in Jiangsu Province, China. Currently I tutor students from South America, Asia, and the Middle East, in addition to teaching reading, writing, and vocabulary for Kindergarten readiness. I am so fortunate to be able to share English with students from so many different and exciting places! Tutoring is a love of mine because there is always the challenge of making the lessons as engaging and fun as possible. Learning should be fun!
TESOL Certified, with 2+ years teaching students aged 3 to adults. I specialize in grammar, pronunciation, and reading and writing. I have experience teaching Business English and Kindergarten prep as well. I believe that by offering engaging and exciting lessons, students are more likely to be motivated and realize their full potential!
I hold a Bachelor's degree in History and Sociology. While teaching in China, I would frequently offer classes on American History- my students loved it!
Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. Since I am willing to travel to give lessons, I can be quite flexible with location. Looking forward to learning with you!
