Hello, my name is Severine. I am a native French speaker and I hold a certificate in Four languages in addition to my MBA I obtained in St Louis. I have taught and tutored at the Alliance Francaise of St Louis. I am currently going to UMKC to complete my teaching certificate. I like to adapt the lessons to your needs while bringing different supports, sports, songs, current news articles etc... to make the lessons lively. I love what I do and can't wait to share it with you! Merci et A bientot!

I am a nontraditional student who just wants to build on the French I took many years ago. I've always been uncomfortable pronouncing words, but Sev made me feel so comfortable. She is very patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to future lessons with her.
Sev does a really great job! Very good at speaking English and French, very easy to understand. I feel very lucky we found her!
Sev has been wonderful in working with my 14 year old son! She is very kind, patient, and an excellent tutor! My son even looks forward to his tutoring time, which is huge for a teenager. I highly recommend her!
I am a mature student of French looking for someone to push and challenge me.
Sev has been doing just that. With her no-accent fluency as a native French woman, and with lots of information about her country she can effortlessly share, she is hard to beat as a tutor.
I highly recommend Sev. She is easy to communicate with about class days and times, etc. And she shows flexibility as well, despite having a professional career besides the tutoring.
As usual, Sev is very helpful and very kind. I am very pleased with the help I receive from him!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
