I am a recent college graduate with a B.S. in Chemistry: Forensic Chemistry. Throughout my college career, I have worked at SEMO's University Tutorial Center as a Learning Assistant or Supplemental Instruction Leader for three years. During this time, I have tutored entry level through upper level (Organic, Analytical, Biochemistry, etc.) chemistry and have earned a CRLA Level II Certification for tutoring. I loved this experience because I enjoy helping people learn chemistry in a way that makes sense to them. I have a love for chemistry, but I realize that most people do not. So, I try to make it as fun and easy to learn as possible but incorporating learning games, mnemonics, and songs to help enhance the learning process. I hope that I will be able to share my love for chemistry and other subjects as your tutor!

I think that I am a great science tutor because I try to make learning fun. Also, since I am fresh out of college, I can easily relate to what it is like to be a student in this technology-filled world.
