I'm Brad! I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Exercise Physiology and Biochemistry! Additionally, I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Biochemistry. Recently, I completed my Doctorate in Medicine at Logan University. I've taught at the undergraduate and graduate level since 2016 and I've been tutoring throughout my academic career since 2013. Nothing brings joy more than watching that "light bulb" switch on when a student understands a concept. It makes all the difference in the world when presenting a funny mnemonic and the topic at hand is solidified for their learning.

I was a biochemistry and physiology tutor at Kent State University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. My supervising professors provided great feedback to help enhance my teaching style when I transitioned to the instructor role at 3 different medical schools teaching medical, dental, and PhD students doctoral level physiology classes. When I went back to school for my doctorate, I earned the head tutor position for biochemistry, physiology, and anatomy for 2 years while I tutored ~1000 medical students. During that period of time, Logan University national medical board exam scores in physiology, anatomy, and biochemistry were the highest compared to other schools. Currently, I'm an Assistant Professor for a local community college teaching anatomy and physiology.

I want to help students understand science as much as possible. Science is a very demanding field for many industries. Yes, it's a very difficult subject; however, I provide strategies, suggestions, and resources that helped students in the past overcome any obstacle. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule a lesson!
