Enthusiastic 3M Organic Chemistry PhD Who Wants to Help You Succeed!
Hi!
I'm a product development engineer at 3M and I just received my PhD in physical organic chemistry, focusing on organic solar power, using laser spectroscopy! What this means for you is that I have had relevant experience in very high levels of math, physics and chemistry. I was a high school science teacher (earth and space science, chemistry, and physics), so I know how to make all of this material approachable and I understand how planning and practice make subjects much more...

Very good tutor
Robert appears to have a lot of patience with my son. I have not been present for much of the tutoring sessions, yet I have heard enough to determine that my son responds well to Robert. My son has had several tutors, but never one that he has truly connected with and listens to. He is actually proud of his accomplishments. He is building confidence in my sons abilities.

Very knowledgeable and effective tutor
Robert greatly improved my daughter’s understanding of chemistry concepts and equations. Robert explained things in a way she could more readily understand. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING, BEST TUTOR EVER!!!
Robert is the best precalculus, calculus and chemistry tutor my daughter has ever had. She has had over 50 tutors during the last 8 years. While she liked Robert very much - after a recent session with a DIFFERENT tutor in a different subject she has refused to work and cooperate with anyone (her school, me or any tutors) and has begun to skip classes again. In summary Robert is an outstanding tutor (the best of many we have tried). He taught my daughter more in 2 hours than any other tutor we have used could have done in 5 hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a tutor. It is highly unlikely a better tutor can be found. When she begins cooperating again we will be contacting him first. I have paid between $20-$110/hour for various tutors. Robert was better than any other tutor at any price. A+

Great Tutor!
Bobby is a great tutor! He sure knows a lot about Chemistry! He really tried hard that I (the student) had to come up with the answer, and he wasn't just doing the work for me. This was great because that way I was able to remember the next time I had to do a similar problem. He wants you to figure out answers on your own, but is more than willing to go over the problem afterwards and point out the mistakes I made, what I can do better next time, and important things that I needed to remember the next time I had to solve a similar problem. He is very patient, and he did not make me feel stupid when I didn't understand something. Instead he calmly tried to explain it to me, sometimes in multiple ways to make sure I understood. I highly recommend him as a tutor!

Great Tutor for Continuities and Noncontinuities
My daughter feels the tutor is excellent. She feels comfortable with the instructions he gave and feels clear from her doubts. She said she'll try to excercise more on the problems and hopes to return again when she gets stuck on her next project. Thank you for the great service.
