I have taught lessons, and have been offered to tutor some of the parents kids after the students have told them about me.
I pride myself on knowing my math content; if I do not know something, I will go figure it out before I help anyone. I want to make sure that the material I am teaching someone is the correct material and something that they will be able to learn and use later on in life.
I have taken almost every math course that my college offers. I was huge into math in high school and was always in the accelerated classes. Also, like I mentioned, if I do not know something or if it has been awhile since I have done a subject, I will go back and teach myself the material.
