Bio

Hello! My name is Connor, and I recently graduated with a degree in Physics from the University of Minnesota. I currently work as an engineer in the Medical Device field, and I have strong mathematics and physics backgrounds.

When I went off to college, I realized how imperative a good instructor can be to one’s success - and fondness - of a subject. I grappled with this for years in high school, and when I finally found my calling in college, I realized what was missing in my education....

I grappled with this for years in high school, and when I finally found my calling in college, I realized what was missing in my education. I know what it feels like firsthand to struggle through classes and to feel like a late bloomer when it comes to these topics, and I’m ready to help with tactics I’ve learned over the years. Whether you’re looking for someone to help with general test preparation or full-blown teaching of a subject, I am here to help.

I’ve successfully navigated through rigorous mathematics coursework whilst being a peer mentor to classmates. I am comfortable with subjects ranging from basic algebra & geometry to advanced multivariable calculus and differential equations.

The majority of my coursework has been physics-based, and I am comfortable with everything ranging from basic motion and electricity to advanced kinematics and electrodynamics.

I have a passion for all of these subjects, and I enjoy helping others gain appreciation and understanding of them, too. Please shoot me a message if you’re interested in chatting about how I may be able to help. Thank you!

MATLAB

Hello! I have used MATLAB extensively throughout my undergrad and engineering career for everything from basic arithmetic with big datasets to advanced statistics to complex simulations and more. A couple advanced examples of things I've worked on are complex Fourier analysis with applications in ultrasound and mechanical wave propagation model design. MATLAB has been a staple in my undergraduate and professional career, and I'd love to help others learn more about it.
