My name is Anicet, I am a French native speaker presently living Plymouth, MN. I work as a French Customer Care Specialist for a Fortune 100 company located in the twin cities, and my job duties entail servicing the North American Market; thus, I am point of contact between the company and both the English and French customers in the US and Canada. In addition to this, I enjoy teaching and helping others and in that aspect, I held a position as a French tutor a couple of years ago for an online tutoring company called "Fluency Now". This was a great experience which allowed me to share my knowledge with various types of students from college students to individuals willing to simply improve their French skills. Another memorable teaching experience was the opportunity that was offered to me in 2005 to coach a Junior varsity soccer team at Big Lake High School in Minnesota. It was really pleasant to share my knowledge of the game, but also very interesting to work together with parents and the school staff for a successful season.
My teaching style is mostly based on each student's need; however, I have always thought that seventy percent of proficiency when learning a new language is acquired through conversations which is why I will try to have as much French conversations as possible with my students.

Anicet was a patient tutor and easy to work with. He was a great help whether just reading an article, working on grammar out of a book, or practicing conversation, he's always patient and very helpful. He's also really flexible with schedule times.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have been playing soccer for more than 20 years now and still very much enjoy every aspect of it. I am very active and usually play 2 or 3 times a week. Besides, I am a member and co-manager of a division 2 MRSL (Minnesota Recreational Soccer League)team. I enjoy coaching and had a great experience as a coach a couple of years ago with a Junior varsity team in Big Lake, MN and I cannot wait to find a new opportunity that could fit my current work schedule.
