¡Hola! My name is Erin and I have been teaching Spanish at the middle school level for 9 years. I love teaching because it provides me with the opportunity to share my experiences in language and culture and also grow in an educational environment. Teaching the Spanish language and culture has been passion throughout my career and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to help others learn and gain an appreciation of the language. I have been blessed to be learning the Spanish language since I was in 1st grade and over the years have developed an ever-increasing desire to travel the world. I have been to many Spanish speaking countries. I look forward to sharing my experiences and expertise with you!
I began learning Spanish when I was in first grade, and developed a love for the language at this early age. Language learning always came naturally for me throughout my k-12 experience. I have traveled to many Spanish-speaking countries and have studied abroad in both Spain and Mexico. I have also taught middle school Spanish for the last nine years.
If you are looking to start learning the language, need help with Spanish 1-4, or just want to brush up on your language skills, please contact me to schedule a lesson. ¡Hola! In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
