Wonderful and extremely knowledgable

If you're looking for a tutor to help you explain and understand something you are absolutely clueless about Dr. Crystal is that person! As part of my master's program I was required to take a statistics class, which I knew I would struggle with because math is not my strong point. I had started the class with one low quiz grade but after tutoring sessions with Dr. Crystal my test grades have shown a significant improvement. Starting from 2.5 GPA on quiz 1, I subsequently received 3.8, 3.6 etc. Dr. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and patient therefore if any of you need a tutor with writing/math/statistics I strongly recommend her. I am blessed to have worked with her.

Very Knowledgeable!

Dr. Crystal, was very knowledgable on the subject matter. She is also very pleasant. Not really knowing what to expect, the session went okay. She did cover all of the content that I presented. As an older MBA, student I was hoping to have someone who could translate stats to a simplied real-world manner, so that I can understand. Although she tried very hard, it just did not translate to to me. I would recommend her to someone who knows and understand the Statistcs language. One last comment. Make sure you and Dr. Crystal have a clear understanding of her billing and timing, prior to starting your session! That turned out to interesting to say the least. We had a conversation afterwards, and she still billed for something outside of our agreed upon time.

Patient and Thorough

Dr. Crystal has been helping my son with all of his 9th grade subjects. She has been a huge help in getting him to not only change and increase work habits, but also to understand concepts he was behind in. He feels that she motivates him to do better. I have found her to be caring, patient and accommodating. She does not just teach him and move on , she really CARES that Collin understands does better in his studies. She is definitely 5 STARS!!

Clear and Precise Tutor!

I enjoyed Dr. Crystal's style of tutoring. She was clear and very precise in redirecting the student to focus on the task at hand with an understanding. The only challenge that I had is Dr. Crystal allowing me to record the session because when processing what was said in the session later could be challenging for me, plus I have challenges because I am legally blind in my right eye, which impacts my vision. I took some notes but throughout my educational journey it has benefited me to record my sessions in order to receive the full benefit of each lecture, tutoring sessions, classroom setting or discussion. With that being said, I text messaged Dr. Crystal to see if she would allow our session to be recorded in order to benefit the student.

I have worked with Crystal on several occasions to assist with proofing my graduate papers. She provided excellent guidance with the structure, content, and grammar in my writing.
