I highly recommend Patrica!!! My daughter went to Patricia to help her with college Algebra. Math is the only class left before she gets her degree and it is tough for her. After one session, my daughter was able to complete math problems that she was unable to do prior to her tutoring session with Patricia. My daughter was diagnosed with a "math learning disability" in grade school. Throughout her school years, she was told she would never be able to complete college level math. This instilled math anxiety in my daughter so she thought she could not do the math. Patricia told my daughter that she did not believe in "disabilities" but rather saw it as a math "hurdle". Patrica was kind and considerate and did not make my daughter feel insecure about math. I will NEVER refer to my daughter's math "hurdle" as a learning disability again! This approach gave my daughter confidence and more importantly HOPE to get her degree! I would like to write to all of those teachers who told her she couldn't do it and tell them that even though math is a hurdle, she is DOING IT!!!! Thank you Patricia - when my daughter gets her degree, you can consider yourself as one of the special people in her life that helped her achieve her goal!!!! Patricia M is the sole reason why my daughter substantially raised her ASVAB scores.
