Hi! I'm a tutor and freelance writer living in Plymouth Twp., Michigan.

I can help middle and high schoolers very well, but I also love working with upper elementary students. Fourth and fifth graders are super fun, and I've seen a lot of them in my tutoring practice.

Hi! I'm a tutor and freelance writer living in Plymouth Twp., Michigan.

I can help middle and high schoolers very well, but I also love working with upper elementary students. Fourth and fifth graders are super fun, and I've seen a lot of them in my tutoring practice.

Aside from writing help, I can offer some general homework help to upper elementary and middle school students.

For the last few years, I have been tutoring in SAT prep and have helped multiple students with their college essays and applications as well. I have also tutored ACT prep, but not nearly as much. The test-taking methods are very similar for both since the SAT revamp in 2016. This year I am seeing more college students coming to me with their papers - a byproduct of everyone being virtual and therefore unable to go to the campus writing center, I'm guessing.

I'm also experienced in resume and cover letter writing as well as personal statements, so if you need some help putting one together, message me!

A few personal details: My son is in elementary school. We have NO IDEA what will happen this 2021-2022 school year. Gah!! If you're struggling, I feel you. I have amazing support and can't imagine what I would do without the support that I have.

We have to be really careful because I had a kidney transplant in 2013. Because of my immune suppression medications, it's not safe for me to tutor in person right now. I also have a cat, who will probably lay on my desk while I am tutoring. He's not very friendly, just rude.
