Ca Foscari (Master's)
As a doctoral student in Communication, to communicate and to teach are my passions.
I am a native Italian speaker - I recently moved to the States - and I am fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish. I have brilliantly passed the TOEFL and the GRE (both required for admission to doctoral education). I have two Masters, in Japanese language and literature, and in Journalism.
I have a broad experience teaching and tutoring students of all backgrounds, acquired during my current PhD training and during my Masters. I believe that every student has the potential to grow and excel if guided with patience and understanding. Witnessing a student acquire mastery and confidence is my biggest reward.
I work with students to tailor the course to their needs, and I periodically discuss their progression to ensure the classes allow them to meet their goals.
Looking forward to working with you and to helping you achieve your goals! As a doctoral student in Communication, to communicate and to teach are my passions.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I speak five languages fluently. I have learnt French early on in school and continued studying it through high school and college. I used it at the professional level as the Director of Communication for an international sports federation.
