I am an all American girl born and raised in the upper Midwest. I graduated college in 2004 and taught Environmental Education at Max McGraw Wildlife Center in Dundee, IL. I'm working on becoming a college professor of Ecology/Natural Resources and Biology. I also practiced yoga for years and wrote an unpublished beginners guide to yoga for an independent studies class.
I'm confident that I can teach your child with a patience and respect that will put them at ease so they can absorb the knowledge that will carry them through the doors of opportunity that open up for them along their path in life.
I have a B.S. In Biology and General Resource Management from UW-SP, one of the top schools for ecology in the nation. I graduated with a GPA of 3.2 and not only double majored but also triple minored in Conservation Biology, Broad Field Natural Science, and Art. I taught kids age k-12, as an intern, Environmental Education at Max McGraw Wildlife Center.
I practiced yoga and took classes for years and I also wrote my own beginners guide to yoga for an independent studies class.
I minored in Art and learned several techniques and exercises that would make anyone a more observant drawer.
I am a fun, caring and trust worthy. Individual with a passion for sharing knowledge and an ethic of environmental stewardship. I want to help educate and mold the minds of the youth for a brighter more friendly future.
