In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
Algebra is one of my favorite subjects. I believe I can assist your student in becoming a great math student. I have tutored in this subject before.
Algebra two can be complicated, but can also be a lot of fun. I can definitely work closely with your daughter to make sure that she understands the subject clearly and enjoys learning in the process.

I have experience working with a range of ages; anywhere from elementary to high school students. I tutored math one-on-one so that students were able to stay focused and gain a strong understanding of concepts. I love the subject and teaching others.
English is also a strength of mine. I am constantly writing and editing and assisting non-English natives in improving their language. I love to open up a space for creativity and English is a great subject to do this in.
I am a fluent Spanish speaker and have taught Spanish to a number of age groups. I am currently doing some teaching an hour a week at an afterschool program. Spanish language is very important, I feel, because it's a growing language here in this country.
