My goal in tutoring is to help your child succeed in their endeavor. I feel that the one on one attention can help students move toward their goals. My method in tutoring is to allow the students to be visual, kinetic and self exploring. I want to allow the student to see as many different ways to accomplish their goal as possible. Students each have a dominate way in which they learn best but can gain from any method. The goal is to empower the student to find their own answers. If they find success in tutoring sessions they can transfer this to the classroom or athletic environment. Thank you for you time in allowing me to speak with you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
