Hi, my name is Shuvam and I'd love to be your tutor in subjects like computer science, math, and physics. As a computer science major at the University of Michigan, I have extensive experience with programming, theoretical CS, math, and science. I have a variety of approaches to appeal to diverse learning styles and would like to tutor high schoolers, college students, and middle schoolers. I received a score of 36 on the ACT and was a National Merit Finalist, and am also able to tutor for standardized tests like the ACT, SAT, PSAT, ISEE, SSAT, GMAT, and GRE as well as AP CS A, AP Calculus AB/B, AP Spanish, and more. I am always open to online lessons, but may be open to doing in-person as well for those near San Mateo, CA.

I've taken math courses up until advanced calculus, discrete math, and linear algebra and would love to spread my knowledge to students who need help in similar math classes or pre-algebra, algebra, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and calculus.

Programming is my biggest passion and I have coded in many languages, including Java, C++, Python, Julia, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Go. I also have experience with data structures, algorithms, and discrete and look forward to helping students with all of those topics.
