I am a recent University student who majored in International Teaching, Creative Writing and Children's Literature. I have experience teaching English in both Taiwan and South Korea for two years. I love reading and encourage students to cultivate a love for it. I truly enjoy being around children, and love helping students of all ages to learn and grow. I am certified in 180 hours of TESOL for young learners as well as adults. I am very easy going, and flexible.
I am very unique with my experience. I have experience teaching English as a second language in two separate countries. I taught in South Korea for a year in a school. I taught kindergarten through sixth grade. I was the native English teacher and truly enjoyed it. In Taiwan, I taught in a private tutoring school. I taught several different subjects to classes that ranged from individuals to classes that held twenty four students. I have also held classes for conversational English.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
