Hello, I'm Caitlin! I am a US Navy Veteran who spent the last several years working on nuclear power plants. I graduated from the Navy's most rigorous schools in the top ten percent of my class and am a fully qualified power grid operator. I spent two years as a trainer at the Navy's nuclear prototype training platforms, helping young adults learn math and science concepts with a real world application. I have completed my Bachelor‘s degree in mathematics and am continuing my education to become a professor of mathematics. I have been tutoring in math and science since high school, usually in one-on-one settings, and I love helping students learn new things while building their confidence.
I can help all levels of students with many aspects of math up to college calculus and linear algebra. I am here for homework help, remediation, and anything in between. I take advantage of Wyzant's whiteboard and screen sharing features to demonstrate methods of solving different problems.
