Testimonial:

David is a wonderful tutor. Mathematics has always been my weakest skill and I was signed up to take the GRE, and had a month to study. David is extremely knowledgeable and very articulate. I was easily and quickly able to understand the concepts that I had previously struggled to comprehend. David was very patient with both my lack of knowledge and comprehension in the field, which allowed me to quickly pick up on the mathematical concepts that I needed to know for the test. David offered many methods for both learning and recalling the material, which was particularly helpful for the GRE. Working with him was a pleasure and each meeting was both informative and enjoyable. I was surprisingly pleased with my score, and would not have been able to succeed without David’s help.

GRE

GRE

I have helped a student with intensive tutoring on the math ("Quantitative") part of her GRE - she was very pleased that her score improved and she was admitted to her choice of graduate school. I have also tutored the Verbal part of the exam. I am quite familiar with the exam, and personally scored 800 on both parts when I took the GRE in 2011.

Great to work with as per my son. always willing to make time even with short notice and my son loves his teaching

David taught my son Algebra 2 which my son says he teaches so well. He is patient, never in a hurry, ensures my son gets the best out of the teaching. Davis is quite knowledgeable, smart, kind, easy to work and communicate with at any time. I would recommend David to anyone because he is a very knowledgeable, smart, and thoughtful individual.

Very patient.

David is just amazing. Very patient. My daughter has been struggling with statistics and on her first tutoring she got a 100%. She really liked him. She says that she finally understands what is it about. Thank you David!

Reliable, extremely knowledgeable and patient

I am doing an MBA focused on Data Analytics with a ton of statistics. I found David on Wyzant, and He is the best! He knows how to help to solve complicated math and stats cases, equations and he also has access in mylab tool, which helps a lot. David is extremely patient, and I was very comfortable, asking fundamental and complex questions. He is very friendly. I am ESL and also have some difficulties with the "math" lingo. David patiently helps me with that too. David helps me with understanding the "why," the "how," and the math lingo. David rocks big time as a Teacher/Tutor. I was able to catch-up with all my school assignments, and I felt very confident with my mid-term exam. These classes are helping immensely in my job too. I will continue to have classes till the end of the semester and in my next Data Analytics class. I definitely recommend him! David is the best! Silvia D.

Great Calculus BC tutor

He helped my daughter with integration and derivatives and now she is able to work independently on them. He was very patient and explained it well. She looks forward to working with him again soon.

Excellent Tutor, Flexible, Understanding, Listens

I had to take a discrete math class for admittance into a computer science master's degree program. I had ordered the book and was concerned about the subject area. Being an adult student, I was also out of school for about 15 years. I looked for a tutor and found David (after going through two others), his way of explaining things just made sense and you knew that he knew discrete math fully. He could take the very abstract concepts and make them concrete. He was always available for questions, and never gave me the answer but helped me discover it on my own. I spent two hours a week with David all semester and then when I had an exam spent about an additional 6 hours. He would meet me anytime day or night even at 10 PM one night. I ended up with an A- in the class. Discrete Math is a very tough subject even if you have an engineering/technical background and this grade wouldn't have been possible without David. Highly recommend David, and when I have a very theoretical class, I will go to him immediately. The quality of the instruction was second to none. Excellent Tutor.

Patient and Well Versed

David is a great tutor. When I first started my statistics course I had a tremendous amount of fear about taking this class. David was able to alleviate my fears and make statistics more understandable. He is well versed on the subject matter and was very patient with me. It's not everyday that you find a tutor of this caliber. I would recommend David to any student who is struggling with statistics. He is the best way to go if you are looking for immediate and understandable results.

David G is Great!

I recommend David! When I initially inquired for tutoring support, David was responsive and professional. I told him I had about 1.5 months to prepare for the GRE, and we booked our first session for the next day. While we primarily focused on the math portion of the exam, David provided recommendations on quickly learning the verbal. Overall, it was great to have someone to bounce questions off of and discuss steps to assist with exam preparation. I recommend David for tutoring support!

Explains clearly

My daughter understood her algebra after working with David when she never quite understood with her teacher and a different tutor. He is clear and patient.
